Shipping Options & Rates (U.S. Orders)

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

  • FREE shipping on orders over $100

Expedited Shipping

  • Faster delivery options available at checkout

  • Rates are calculated automatically based on your location and order weight

Please note: Shipping timeframes begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.


Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM MST (Mon–Fri) usually ship same day

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM MST ship the next business day

  • Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day

  • Pre-order or backordered items ship based on the estimated timeframe listed on the product page


Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can also log in to your ProgrammedRadios.com account at any time to check your order status.


Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Missing apartment/unit numbers

  • Address changes after the package is handed to the carrier

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

  1. Check around your property, mailbox, and with neighbors

  2. Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation

  3. Allow 24 hours, as carriers sometimes scan packages early

If your package is still missing after these steps, contact us at support@programmedradios.com and we’ll assist you.


Shipping Delays

We process and ship orders quickly, but external factors—such as severe weather, holidays, or carrier delays—may affect delivery times. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you promptly.
